Cancellation policy

Room reservations can be cancelled no later than 24 hours prior to check-in at 3pm on the day of arrival. For cancellations later than this, the total value of the reservation will be charged.

Cancellation policy for groups
For groups of more than 10 people, Kurhotellet Marstrand follows Visita’s rules on group reservations and other events. The final free-of-charge cancellation day is at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. For a cancellation later than this, 75% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. For cancellations later than two weeks prior to arrival day, the customer must pay the hotel 100% of the value.
