The gym is fully equipped with modern training equipment for both strength and fitness. To give you a complete workout experience, you’ll find treadmills, cross trainers, free weights and full body machines. Whether you’re looking for an intense or low-impact workout, our gym has everything to meet your needs.

Once you’ve finished your workout, you can use our convenient changing rooms. These are equipped with lockers, showers, mirrors and fresh towels. Take a moment to freshen up and feel like new before continuing your day’s adventure.

To give you an extra level of relaxation, we also offer a sauna. Let the heat relieve muscle aches and pains and give you a moment of total peace and well-being. This is the perfect way to unwind and recover after a hard workout.

But it doesn’t end there. To really maximize your recovery, you can take a refreshing sea bath after the sauna. Our proximity to the sea offers the opportunity to dive into cold water and revitalize both body and mind. The hotel has a jetty with a ladder and a sandy beach where you can take a dip whenever you wish.

The gym is open to all our hotel guests, and if you want to continue training with us on a longer-term basis, we also offer 3-month and annual passes.
