Room cancellations can be made no later than 7 days before check-in at 15:00 on the day of arrival. If the cancellation is made later, the full value of the order will be charged.
Free cancellation up to 40 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation 40-20 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation will be charged.
In case of cancellation 20-0 days before arrival, 100% of the reservation will be charged.

In order to provide all our guests with a comfortable, safe and pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to respect the following rules of conduct:
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check-out is by 11:00 on the day of departure. If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us in advance, as far as possible.
Quiet and calm
We ask all guests to show consideration for each other by keeping noise levels low, especially between 22:00 and 07:00. Marstrands Kurhotell is a place of relaxation, and we appreciate if everyone helps to maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere to give our guests a peaceful experience.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the hotel, including in hotel rooms, restaurant and common areas. We ask smokers to be respectful of both the environment and other guests and to use ashtrays or other devices to extinguish cigarettes and cigarette butts.
Pets
Pets are allowed in some of our rooms. To ensure that we have a room available for your pet, please inform us at the time of booking. We ask pet owners to be mindful of respecting other guests and the hotel’s common areas.
Food and beverage
We offer alcoholic beverages at the hotel. For everyone’s enjoyment, please consume alcohol responsibly and respect other guests. Food and beverages may not be consumed in the common areas of the hotel.
Liability for damage
Guests are responsible for any damage that occurs to hotel property during their stay. If damage does occur, please inform us immediately so that we can rectify the problem. We reserve the right to charge guests for costs related to damage caused by themselves or their pets.
Lost property
We are not responsible for lost or stolen property, but if you forget something after your stay, please contact us and we will be happy to help recover the item if possible.
Respect for common areas
We ask all guests to keep the hotel’s common areas, such as corridors, stairwells and the restaurant, tidy. Please respect the needs of other guests to use these areas in a quiet and orderly manner.
Disruptive behavior
We reserve the right to ask guests to leave the hotel without refund if they behave in a disruptive or inappropriate manner, or if they are aggressive towards other guests or staff.
